Just ran across this up and coming band from the Athens area. They have got a great sound that is not quite country, not fully bluegrass, and not entirely indie. You could probably safely refer to them as Indie Bluegrass. Regardless they bring a new twist to old sounds that is one of a kind.
I can’t wait to hear them in concert. Unfortunately, I will be out of town for their Dec. 15th show at the newly renovated Georgia Theater. If you’re in town you should check them out. Tickets are only 5 bucks. Now, you can’t beat that with a ten foot pole.
